SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Cisco authorized Voice courses for public and private customers. Instructor must have significant expertise with one or more of Cisco Voice products such as IP Telephony, CallManager, and Unity.
CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction ratings of 4.5 on a 5.0 scale
- Ability to work with other instructors and operations to quickly remedy any equipment issues
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and related course materials
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Voice products
- Experience with presenting technically complex topics to a variety of audiences
Desired Certifications
- CCSI, CQS or other Cisco certification
COMPENSATION
- Commensurate with experience
- Negotiable, depending on qualifications
